Voice Coaching:
Rosalind Mills is a voice coach, music director and composer. She is a sessional faculty member teaching voice at the University of Toronto Centre for Drama, Theatre and Performance Studies. Additionally, she is a professor at Centennial College in the Theatre and Performing Arts Fundamentals and was previously a voice coach at Randolph's College for the Performing Arts. She was awarded an ARIFS research grant to study the impact of private and public performing arts education on college post-secondary performing arts admissions. The second phase of this research involves DEI in pathways to performing arts post-secondary education and careers.
As a voice coach, she has worked on “Transplant” CTV/ NBC and coaches professional performers who have worked for Mirvish. Stratford, Netflix, AppleTV and bands that opened for Bon Jovi and Alanna Miles.
Rosalind's students have won full scholarships to the University of Toronto vocal jazz and clasicals programs and have been accepted to NYU, AMDA, TMU, George Brown, Humber, Sheridan and Randolph's.
